We have a diverse and exciting program to help improve your photography skills and knowledge.
First, "What’s in Your Bag?” will return to showcase different approaches for a photography session.
Have you ever wondered what experienced photographers pack in their camera bag when they go on a photo shoot?
Of course, different situations require different solutions. Several club members will share their approach to a variety of photo opportunities.
Here's the "What's in Your Bag" line up:
- Going Mirrorless - Joseph Heil
- Shooting Food and Still Life - Susan Beausang
- Flying Drones - Tom Lovell
- Videography - Rick Shaw
- Minimalist Shooting - Larry Deitch
Second, a photo technique that may be new to you, or one you've tried but ran into some roadblocks.
- Dave Kurshan will explain the how and why of "Back Button Focusing". Learn when can you benefit for using this valuable photo technique.
Third, a technology discussion about considerations when "Selecting a Drone" for your aerial photography needs.
- Rick Waid will review some of the latest drones to purchase.
Of course, you will also learn more about Photoshop from our regular monthly feature: Mike McNaughton's "10-Minute Photoshop Tip."
Don't forget to send in your photos for "Share Your Work" and participate in the "Print of the Month" competition.
