Experience a gripping visual account of life in Ukraine amid war through a presentation of compelling, on-the-ground photography. These images capture the strength, sorrow, and everyday humanity of those living through conflict—civilians in bomb shelters, families displaced from their homes, soldiers on the front lines, and moments of quiet resilience amid chaos.
Following the presentation, a moderated Q&A session will offer deeper insight into the stories behind the photographs. The photographer will discuss the challenges of documenting war, ethical considerations, and the emotional impact of witnessing such profound moments of struggle and survival.
This is not just a photo exhibit—it’s a raw and honest look at life unfolding in real time under the shadow of war.
David's Bio:
David Graham is based in Sarasota and has been a photographer for over thrirty years and has been a licensed drone pilot and instructor for seven years.
He is a member of the PPA, FPP, and is the Vice-President of the BPPA in Sarasota. He has performed aerial photography in 28 countries and has commercial drone licenses in the US, Ireland, and the EU.
David makes use of drones in documentary, landscape, event, travel, real estate, weddings, and portraiture work. He has spoken on drone photography and videography in seminars, workshops, and also teaches how to fly drones and drone photography and videography.
