November Monthly Meeting
Print Salon
The Fall Print Salon will be held during the November General Meeting on November 21. Prints scoring Merit and above will be discussed by the judges.
We will have four categories this year:
Beginner Color
Beginner Black & White
Advanced Color
Advanced Black & White
Beginners are members who have never won a LWRDPC or any other ribbon in competition (e.g. F3C)
Alex Lane is a PSA Judge and he and two other non-members will judge this year’s contest.
There will be two opportunities to drop off your entries:
At the October General Meeting on October 17
At Grace Church Saturday November 3 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM
All entries must be mounted on 16 x 20 Black Mat Board using either spray adhesive or double-sided tape
Your name and the title of the picture must be printed on the back.
Print of the month theme is "Transportation"
Members only. Each participant should bring a single 8×10 print of their photo. Tape your photo in one of the provided mat frames, add a numbered corner to the frame and place it in a stand on the "Print of the Month" table.
Share your Work
Submit up to 3 photos each month to be included in a slide presentation that runs at the end of our meeting. Photos can be on any subject. E-mail your photos to shareyourwork@lwrdpc.com, no later than the Sunday night prior to the Wednesday meeting.
